How does the free trial work?
Just install the Add-on and start using it! 7-day free trial with full features. No credit card required.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods depending on your location. All processed securely through Stripe.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.
Subscriptions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you're credited for the unused portion of your current plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime in three steps:
- Open your Skyfield dashboard and sign in with the Google account you used to buy the add-on.
- Click Manage Subscription next to the add-on. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
- Choose to cancel the subscription and confirm.
You can also open the same billing portal from inside the add-on, in the license section of the sidebar. stripe.com itself has no login for customers. Access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
