Google API Services User Data Policy
Skyfield's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data We Access
Our add-ons only access the minimum data required to function. The specific data accessed depends on which add-on you use:
Choice Eliminator
- Email address
- to identify your account and manage your subscription
- Current form only
- to read response counts, close/reopen the form, and access form questions
- Files you open or create
- to export form responses when you choose to back them up
- Triggers
- to automatically check response limits and scheduled dates, even when you're offline
- Send email
- to notify you when your form automatically closes
Form Limiter
- Email address
- to identify your account and manage your subscription
- Current form only
- to read response counts, close/reopen the form, and access form questions
- Files you open or create
- to export form responses when you choose to back them up
- Triggers

Form Scheduler
- Email address
- to identify your account and manage your subscription
- Current form only
- to read form state (open/closed), response counts, and manage form availability
- Google Calendar (read-only)
- to read events from your connected calendar and determine when to open/close the form
- Google Calendar (manage calendars)
- to list your calendars so you can choose which one to connect
- Triggers
- to automatically open/close forms based on calendar event boundaries, even when you're offline
- Send email
- to notify you when your form automatically opens or closes
Form Notifications
- Email address
- to identify your account and manage your subscription
- Current form only
- to read responses and form questions for merge tags and routing rules
- Triggers
- to fire notifications automatically when a new response is submitted
- Send email
- to send notification emails from your own Gmail address when a rule selects that delivery method
Data Storage Notice
We do not store your Google files (emails, forms, spreadsheets, or documents) on our servers. Those remain on Google's servers. We only access this data to display it in the add-on and perform actions on your behalf.
What we store:
- Your email address (for account identification)
- Your add-on settings and preferences
- Your subscription status
We do not share your data with any third party.
Data Retention and Deletion
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data (email address, add-on settings, subscription status) only as long as necessary to provide our services:
- Active accounts: Data retained while you use our add-ons
- Inactive accounts: Data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity
- Subscription records: Retained as required for billing/legal compliance
We do not retain copies of your Google files (forms, spreadsheets, etc.) — these remain solely on Google's servers.
Deleting Your Data
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@skyfield.cloud. Upon receiving a verified request:
- We will delete your stored data within 30 days
- Uninstalling the add-on immediately revokes our access to your Google data
- Some data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention
To fully remove the add-on's access to your Google account, visit your Google Account permissions and revoke access.
External Services
Our add-ons connect to our backend (skyfield.cloud) to:
- Authenticate your account
- Check your subscription tier
- Process upgrades
All connections use HTTPS encryption.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
Skyfield processes personal information on servers in the EU and US. We only process personal information for:
- Providing our products and services to users
- Ensuring the technical functioning and safety of our system
- Improving the quality of the service we offer
Data Protection
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
