Why a live form exists
A Google Forms add-on checks limits after a response is recorded. In that window two people can take the same last spot. A live form claims the spot at the moment of submit, all or nothing.
What respondents see
Spots left on every capped choice, counting down as others submit. A choice that fills is struck through or hidden on every open page at the same instant.
What changes when you go live
You share the live link instead of the Google Forms one, and the add-on offers to close the original so nobody goes around your caps. Responses land in your dashboard and, if you connect one, a Google Sheet.
