One Options Sheet per Form
Connect a question and the add-on creates a "{Form title} - Dynamic Form Choices" spreadsheet in your Drive, with one tab per connected question laid out Options, Capacity, Taken.
Type Options in Column A
Column A is yours. Type the choices you want and they land in the form on the next sync, without copy-pasting a single value.
Live Counts in Column C
Column C (Taken) shows how many people picked each option, refreshed after every response. No formulas to build.
Per-Option Capacity
Set a limit in column B. Blank means unlimited, 0 keeps an option closed, and an option that fills up is removed automatically. Raise the number and it comes back.
Options Already in Another Sheet?
Leave your roster where it is and pull it into column A with =IMPORTRANGE(). Your form follows the source, and the add-on still reads only its own sheet.
Syncs on Its Own
Questions sync when the sidebar opens, every hour, and on every form submission. There is a "Sync all questions" button for when you want it now.
