Dynamic Form Choices Documentation
Run your Google Forms choice questions from one options sheet, with per-option capacity and live sign-up counts
Connect a multiple choice, dropdown, or checkbox question and Dynamic Form Choices gives it a tab in your form's options sheet. You type the options in column A and the capacities in column B; the add-on writes the options into the form and the live sign-up counts into column C.
