Getting Started

Install and set up Form Calendar for Google Forms

Form Calendar automatically opens and closes your Google Forms based on Google Calendar events.

Installation

  1. Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace
  2. Search for "Form Calendar"
  3. Click Install and follow the prompts
  4. Grant the necessary permissions

Quick Start

  1. Open any Google Form
  2. Click Add-ons → Form Calendar
  3. Go to the Calendar tab and connect a Google Calendar
  4. Add events to that calendar — each event opens the form

Your form will automatically open when events start and close when they end.
