Getting Started

Install and set up Form Scheduler for Google Forms

Form Scheduler automatically opens and closes your Google Forms based on Google Calendar events.

Installation

  1. Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace
  2. Search for "Form Scheduler"
  3. Click Install and follow the prompts
  4. Grant the necessary permissions

Quick Start

  1. Open any Google Form
  2. Click Add-ons → Form Scheduler
  3. Go to the Calendar tab and connect a Google Calendar
  4. Add events to that calendar — each event opens the form

Your form will automatically open when events start and close when they end.

Working from a copied form? Open Form Scheduler once on the copy to activate it — Google doesn't carry the schedule over to copied forms.
