Add the Questions to Your Form
When the list looks right, click the button at the bottom right. It reads Add 5 questions, with the number that will be added. The questions are written into the Google Form you have open.
Where they go
Click the cog at the top right to open Options.
- Add at the start of the form. When off, new questions go after the ones already on the form. Turn it on to put them before. The add-on remembers your last choice for this form.
- Use the title and description found in the text. When on, the form takes the title and description read from your source. On a form that already has questions this starts off, so your own title stays.
Set these before you click the button.
After adding
The dialog confirms how many questions were added and returns to your results. The result is marked Added with the date.
Close the dialog to see the questions in the form editor. From here they are ordinary Google Forms questions: edit, move or delete them as you like.
Adding more
A result can be opened and added again, for example after skipping different questions. Questions already on the form are not removed or replaced, so adding the same result twice gives you the questions twice.
To add questions from another source, click Read another text or file in the results.
If the questions could not be added
The dialog shows Google's own message. The usual causes are a form you can no longer edit, or a temporary problem at Google. Your result is kept, so try again in a minute.
