Results and Storage
Every text or file you read becomes a result. The dialog opens on the list of them.
The results list
Each row shows the source, how many questions were found and the date. Results still to be added come first. Results already added are dimmed and marked Added with the date.
Click a row to open its questions. Click New, or Read another text or file at the bottom of the list, to read something else.
Come back later
Results are kept with the form, not in your browser. Close the dialog, close the form, come back another day: the results are still there, with any edits you made.
Anyone who can edit the form and opens Form Builder on it sees the same results.
The same source twice
Paste the same text or pick the same file again and the add-on recognises it. It shows You already read this with the date, and two choices:
- Open those questions. Go to the result you already have.
- Read it again. Read the source afresh, for example because the file changed. The new questions replace that result's questions.
Delete a result
Hover over a row and click the bin. Confirm with Delete.
Deleting a result only removes it from the dialog. Questions already added to the form stay on it.
Storage
Results are stored in the form itself, and Google gives each form a fixed amount of room for that. Most forms never come near it.
When more than 60% is used, a storage indicator appears in the toolbar and shows how full it is. If storage fills up, a new read cannot be saved and the dialog says The storage for results on this form is full. Delete results you no longer need to make room.
