Features

The add-on's sidebar has two tabs. Form holds the live form, its responses, its settings and the share link; Account covers your plan. The design itself is set on the Theme tab of the Live form settings dialog, reached from the Form tab or from your dashboard.

Design

Eight looks. Business, Fun, Glass, Editorial, Bold, Soft, Midnight and OS. A look sets the fonts, corners, borders and background together. See Customize the design.

One theme color. The look decides how much of the page it colors. Light and dark versions are worked out for you, and respondents switch between them themselves.

Vibe. A slider that takes each look from its calmest to its most expressive version.

OS systems. The OS look styles the form like macOS, iOS, Android, Windows 11, Windows 95 or DOS.

Show and align. Show or hide the title, required marks and language picker. Align the form left, center or right.

Layouts

Classic. All questions of a page on one screen, like Google Forms.

One at a time. A single question per screen, with Enter and number keys. See One question at a time.

Blend into my website. For an embedded form: no page color behind the form, so its cards sit on your website's own background.

Embedding

Opt-in. Other websites cannot show your form until you turn on Allow embedding.

One snippet. A line of code you paste into the HTML of your page. The form resizes itself to fit, with no second scrollbar. Where scripts are not allowed, a plain iframe works too. See Embed a Google Form in your website.

The live form

A link and a QR code. Share the live link anywhere you would have shared the Google Forms link.

No sign-in for respondents. The live link is a normal web page anyone can answer.

Sections and routing. Sections become pages, and "go to section based on answer" is respected.

Responses and Google Sheets. View and export responses as CSV from your dashboard, or connect a Google Sheet and each response is copied there.

Other live form settings. The dialog's Respondents, Schedule, Quiz and Connect to sheet tabs apply to the live form, and your Styled Forms licence covers them.
