Looks, your brand color, Vibe, what shows and how the form is aligned

All design settings are on the Theme tab of Live form settings. The right side of the dialog previews your real form as you change them.

Turn the theme on

Turn on Style the live form. Off serves the plain form and stops other websites from embedding it.

Pick a look

A look is a complete theme: fonts, corners, borders and background change together.

  • Business. Clean and neutral, for a company site.
  • Fun. Rounded and colorful.
  • Glass. Frosted panes over a slowly moving background.
  • Editorial. A serif headline on a paper-like page.
  • Bold. Heavy type and strong borders.
  • Soft. Gentle shapes and pastel color.
  • Midnight. A dark page with a glow.
  • OS. The form as a window of an operating system. Pick the System: macOS, iOS, Android, Windows 11, Windows 95 or DOS.

Set your theme color

Under Theme color, pick a swatch or choose Pick a custom color and enter your brand color. The look decides how much of the page it colors: only the accents, a tint, or the whole background.

If your color would be hard to see on the look's background, the form shows a slightly adjusted shade and the tab tells you which.

Vibe

The Vibe slider runs from the look's calmest version to its most expressive. What it changes depends on the look, for example from Compact to Airy on Business, or from Still to Flowing on Glass.

Show

Under Show, switch parts of the form on or off:

  • Title
  • Required marks
  • Language picker
  • Powered by, on an embedded form only

The One at a time layout adds its own switches. See One question at a time.

Align

Align the form Left, Center or Right.

Preview and save

Switch the preview between Light, Dark and Phone. Respondents switch between light and dark themselves, so check both.

A change to the look shows Unsaved changes until you click Save. Discard goes back to what is live. Switches such as Allow embedding save at once.
