Learn how to use Form Notifications to email, post or forward your Google Forms responses with rules
Form Notifications turns each Google Forms response into an email, a Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams post, or a signed webhook request. You set this up with rules: each rule says when to send, where to send it, and what to say. A rule can add an optional approval step: hold matching responses for an approver, and send only once they approve or reject.
When someone submits your form, every rule on the form is checked. A rule that matches builds its message, fills in the answers with merge tags, and sends it. Email rules send from your own Google account.
